Description of the scholarship:
The Chancellor’s Award is a scholarship worth $5,000 per year for international students entering their first year of study at Algoma University.
To be eligible, applicants must be studying full-time.
Students must complete all of their qualifying requirements within the academic year before commencing studies in any program of study at Algoma University.

A student must achieve a minimum A+ average (or country equivalent) on their previous academic record.
This award is renewable for up to three additional years.
Candidates must maintain an average of 80 percent each year on previous fall/winter courses without failing.
Students must complete all qualification requirements within the academic year before commencing studies in any program of study at Algoma University.
How to apply for the scholarship?
All students who are required to pay international differential fees, including university transfers, sophomores, college graduates, and college transfer students are eligible for the entrance scholarship.
