Description of the scholarship:
The University of Paris is pleased to offer 120 scholarships to foreign students who excel in their fields of study.
The SMARTS-UP program is funded by the SFRI call (Structuring training through research in initiatives of excellence) within the University of Paris.
This scholarship program aims to promote the internationalization of Master’s courses and facilitate the reception of the best foreign students in order to constitute a pool of excellence for the recruitment of future doctoral students.
It also aims to provide the best training to foreign students to give them access to quality expertise.
In this context, it is proposed to finance for 2021-2022, 120 incoming mobility grants of €8,000 each.
This is to allow the University Research Schools (EUR) to welcome foreign students in the various Masters programs.
The university is thus being strengthened with a system for training foreign scientists who are experts in their field and future academic executives or senior officials in their country of origin.
This program also aims to train highly qualified future professionals who will participate in the economic and social development of their country of origin.
