Description of the scholarship:
This educational award is available to international (non-EU) students who wish to complete a full-time degree on campus at the University of Leicester in September 2021.
It is not necessary to apply for this scholarship.
Students eligible for the scholarship will automatically be considered part of the review and progression process.
Successful students will be informed of the publication of the final results.
The value of the GSC High Achiever’s Award is £2500 (in reduction of tuition fees) and will be given to the top performing student in each Foundation Stream.
This award is for each year of full-time study at the University, up to a maximum of three years.
The scholarship is available to the top performing student from each Foundation Stream joining an undergraduate and masters degree at the University of Leicester, excluding medicine.

Other Information:
- You must be classified as an international (non-EU) student for fee purposes.
- You must start a full-time on-campus undergraduate course beginning in September 2021.
- Students are only allowed to hold one University of Leicest scholarship.
- You cannot combine this scholarship with a full scholarship.
- If you have been awarded a scholarship from a Leicester non-university scholarship, you will still be considered for the President’s Undergraduate Scholarship.
