Description of the scholarship:

The International Merit Scholarship is a $7,000 scholarship for the first year of undergraduate study at the University of Central Arkansas.

The scholarship is $3,500 for the fall semester and, pending renewal, $3,500 for the spring semester.

Freshmen and transfer students are welcome to apply.

The merit scholarship is awarded on a competitive basis using the following criteria: GPA or SAT/ACT score, TOEFL/IELTS score, essay, CV, and letter of recommendation.

Students must have submitted all required documents for admission and consideration of the scholarship by the scholarship deadline of March 31

How to apply for the scholarship?

Students must apply for an undergraduate degree program.

An essay (250 words maximum) must be written in English and must describe the career goals you hope to achieve as a result of your studies at the University of Central Arkansas.
