The Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Fellowships and Leadership Program cultivates the leaders of tomorrow by offering outstanding university graduates and professionals from developing and emerging economies the opportunity to pursue a fully-funded graduate degree at the University of Oxford, combined with a comprehensive program of leadership development, mentorship and long-term networking.

The scholarships are awarded to students who can demonstrate excellent academic results.

The Oxford-Weidenfeld and Hoffmann Fellowship and Leadership Program was established in 2015 through the generous donations of several donors to mark Lord Weidenfeld’s 95th birthday.

In June 2017, President André Hoffmann pledged an additional £9 million to the Trust which, with matching funding of £6 million from the University of Oxford, will double the size of the scholarship scheme and Oxford-Weidenfeld and Hoffmann leaderships.

This scholarship is part of the Oxford Postgraduate Scholarships, which have been created as part of a groundbreaking new matched funding initiative to enable the creation of fully-funded scholarships for the highest caliber graduate students from around the world.

The scholarship will cover 100% of course fees and a grant for living costs (of at least £17,668).
